Pentagonik was founded in Berlin in 2005 as a platform for electronic music and events. Pentagonik consists of two branches dedicated to releasing high-quality electronic music.
Following many successful releases on the Pentagonik netlabel – available online at www.pentagonik.de under creative commons licensing – the group founded the new Pentagonik Digital Label in 2008, bringing the label’s music to the major digital distribution platforms. Pentagonik’s artists span a broad range of styles and influences, from minimal to techhouse and beyond.
Regular events have included the Pentagonik series at Watergate (Berlin) and collaborations with various event agencies throughout Berlin. Currently, the Pentagonik series is enjoying a successful run at the Arena Club in Berlin.
